Selection Tips

  • Charger output voltage must precisely match the pack's full charge voltage — overvoltage damages cells.
  • LiFePO4 cells charge to 3.65V/cell — never use a Li-ion charger for LiFePO4 packs.
  • For large capacity packs, 0.2C–0.5C slow charging is recommended to extend cycle life.
  • Higher C-rates generate more heat — ensure adequate cooling is available.
  • Actual charge time is slightly longer than theoretical due to the CC-CV transition phase.
