Visits and enquiries
The website and its providers may record IP address, approximate location, device/browser, referral source, page paths, time spent and actions such as contact-button clicks for operation, security and analytics. When you enquire, we process the messages, attachments, contact details and product requirements you provide. Browsing product information does not require contact details.
AI support and follow-up
Support uses cloud AI models and human staff. Messages, relevant conversation context and information in uploaded images or documents are sent to the configured model service for processing. Conversations and requirement summaries may be stored and sent to WeCom after the conversation ends for sales follow-up. Do not upload identity documents, payment details, passwords or unrelated confidential business information.
Providers and external services
The site uses Tencent Cloud EdgeOne for hosting, storage and access logs, Tencent monitoring and Google Analytics for usage or performance analysis. External maps, social platforms, WeChat and WhatsApp also apply their own data rules when used. Cloud processing locations and retention depend on the service and its configuration.
Browser storage and retention
Browser storage keeps language, session, page-trail and support-window preferences. Session storage normally clears when the tab session ends; local preferences may remain until browser data is cleared. Closing chat does not immediately delete server records. Enquiry retention depends on follow-up, transaction records, security and applicable requirements; there is no promise of automatic deletion after a fixed number of days.
Your choices and requests
You can skip AI support and use our public email or contacts. Email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or raise a privacy objection. Include enough conversation timing or context to identify the record, but no passwords. We verify requests and handle them under applicable requirements.
