Production System
A 2,000+ m² production facility covering the full manufacturing chain — from PCB mounting and assembly to finished-product testing. Multiple parallel lines handle the entire 24W–480W power range daily, with every step from raw materials to delivery under our direct control.
R&D Center
Led by senior engineers with 22 years of power-supply expertise, covering the full design chain from topology selection and transformer magnetics to PCB layout optimization. We handle wide-input-range, multi-output, and high-efficiency topologies — delivering custom first samples in as few as 7 working days.
Automated SMT Line
Japanese high-speed pick-and-place machines with reflow soldering and AOI optical inspection deliver 100% inline solder-joint verification. Every PCB is traceable to its production batch and operator, ensuring consistent quality across 10,000-unit orders.
Quality Testing Lab
Purpose-built lab aligned to IEC 62368, UL 62368-1, and GB4943 standards, equipped with conducted-emission analyzers, surge generators, thermal chambers, and 6 kV hi-pot testers. Every unit is 100% tested — not sampled — with a full test report included.
Burn-in Testing Room
Every finished unit runs at full rated load for 24+ hours under elevated temperature while voltage, current, and case temperature are logged in real time. This screens out infant-mortality components and keeps our field return rate below 0.3%.
Warehousing & Packaging
FIFO-managed warehouse with fast-moving SKUs in stock. Full OEM packaging: silk-screen logo, custom color box, cable kitting — delivered as shelf-ready goods. Standard products ship in 3–7 days, custom orders in 15–25 days.
